What Personal Data do we collect and why do we collect it?

We manage your Personal Data in order to provide the services you have requested through your interactions with the Website. The Personal Data that we process may include but are not limited to: your first name, surname(s), email, telephone number, location, technical and device-related information, IP address, data transmission information or browsing data.

We process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To enable the Website’s functionality and provide you with the related services. This Data is collected and used based on managing a contractual relationship.
  • To respond to inquiries and fulfil the requests that you may submit through the Website forms. This Data is collected and used based on managing a contractual relationship. Access

You can obtain confirmation as to whether your Personal Data is being processed and obtain a copy of any of your Personal Data that we may hold. Right of access also includes the right to receive information, in particular about the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom your information may be disclosed, and the envisaged period for the retention of your Data.

You can modify your Personal Data to correct inaccuracies and fill out missing information.

Erasure

You can request the erasure of your Personal Data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was gathered.

With whom do we share your Personal Data?

Adevinta will only share or provide your Data to third parties as is necessary to carry out the purposes set out in this Policy. To do so, your Data may be communicated:

  • To certain trusted suppliers that may access our systems in order to provide the services, or to provide them to you on our behalf. These suppliers have the contractual obligation to fully protect your Personal Data and may only access them to carry out the services contracted by Adevinta. Some of our suppliers are established outside of the European Economic Area, which may mean that your Data is subject to an international transfer. In these cases, your Personal Data will be protected thanks to the implementation of suitable measures and/or by the signing of contractual clauses such as those of the European Union, related to international data transfers approved by the European Commission, guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to that in Europe.
  • To members of our companies in Adevinta Group for administrative and support purposes.
  • To public organizations, law enforcement, courts and tribunals, tax authorities and regulatory organizations when required in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions, to fulfill our legal obligations or a legally binding requirement/request, and to respond to lawsuits presented against Adevinta.

It is possible that through the Website you may be redirected to or access third parties’ websites (service providers or distributors, among others). In any case, if you choose to leave our Website through links to websites that do not belong to our entity, neither this Website nor its legal representatives shall be responsible for the content or the veracity of the privacy policies that such third parties may have, nor for the cookies and other tracking technologies that they may deploy or store in the users’ computers.
