For our InfoJobs Lab office in Turin, we are looking for a dynamic, passionate individual with extensive experience in recruitment and selection, as well as a strong command of commercial dynamics and client relationship management.
We will offer a 75% part-time maternity leave replacement contract
What you will do:

Manage sourcing, screening, and structured interviews to identify target candidates, ensuring all activities are completed within agreed timelines and using the most effective tools.

Deliver training sessions, either through webinars or in-person classes.

Organize and participate in recruiting events
Who are you
-
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably at employment agencies, headhunting firms, or HR consulting companies.

Solid knowledge of the digital landscape and experience with various candidate tracking systems (ATS).

Proven ability to independently manage the full recruitment process, from client briefing to identifying target candidates.

High proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with the Adevinta Group and international clients.

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and communication skills, including experience managing training sessions.

A degree in humanities is preferred.
