The Head of Client Engagement (d/f/m) role offers you a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute within our Sales Leadership team at mobile.de and enhance the German automotive industry. Be part of the transformation of the automotive market in Germany and help shape the future of customer engagement and loyalty.
Within this newly created role you will lead strategic efforts to strengthen client relationships, increase customer satisfaction, and build long-term loyalty. You will report to our Sales Director and you will be based in Berlin.
What you’ll do:

You will develop client engagement strategies aligned with mobile.de’s organizational goals while you will create trusted relationships with our clients to ensure long-term partnership success.

You will manage a team of client engagement managers, encouraging a client-first culture and ensuring their personal development.

You will enhance services through feedback while you will gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

You will collaborate cross-departmental while you will work with our teams to guarantee a seamless and cohesive client experience.

On top, you will monitor automotive industry developments to evolve and enhance our client engagement practices.
Who you are:

You gained min. 3 years of experience in leadership positions in the automotive sector.

You are known for your transparency and reliability, you build trust with your team, clients, and partners by making and meeting commitments.

You have a clear vision and strategic direction, motivating your team to trust in leadership and work toward shared goals.

With a solid operational sales background, you understand sales processes and strategies, guiding growth while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels enables you to create demand and enhance our product offerings.

You are business fluent in german and english (verbal and written).
