Responsabilidades clave

  • Asumir la plena responsabilidad de las relaciones con los clientes, actuando como socio estratégico para garantizar su éxito a largo plazo.
  • Ampliar los interlocutores validos en las cuentas existentes, centrándose en la retención y el crecimiento e incrementar el mix de producto.
  • Visitar a los clientes periódicamente para fortalecer las relaciones, identificar problemas, comprender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones a medida.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos  para implementar integraciones y soluciones fluidas para los clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave, preferiblemente en el sector Servicios, muy valorable en el Sector Empleo.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente.
  • Permiso de conducir válido y disponibilidad para viajar a visitar a los clientes.
  • Residencia en Málaga o alrededores.
  • Profundo conocimiento del tejido empresarial andaluz.
  • Sólidas habilidades comerciales, de comunicación, estratégicas y analíticas
  • Experiencia con sistemas CRM, preferiblemente Dynamics365, y dominio de herramientas de gestión de cartera y cuentas
  • Mentalidad orientada a resultados con enfoque en el logro de objetivos ambiciosos
