Shakers is a jobs marketplace founded in Spain in 2021 building the next generation way of working. It helps HR leaders source top performing teams of tech freelancers, pre-vetted supported by AI, and allows companies to handle contracts, manage compliance and invoice freelancers in one place.
Data and AI-driven, Shakers has built a solid scoring and complete matching algorithm, which includes tech skills, portfolio of projects, personality and motivation of the freelancers. They fundraised €6m in equity in their seed round in October 2023 co-led by Adevinta Ventures, Athos Capital and Brighteye.
