Job Description

Rattaché(e) au directeur de publicité, le Team Leader Traffic Manager devra gérer la partie opérationnelle des campagnes d’un portefeuille agence et le lead d’une équipe de 4 personnes.


Missions :

⦁ 50/50 gestion d’un portefeuille client et de Team Lead
⦁    Mise en ligne des campagnes display
⦁    Optimisation et suivi quotidien des campagnes.
⦁    Réalisation des bilans et reportings clients
⦁    Réflexion sur la stratégie pour atteindre les objectifs des clients


Team Leading:
⦁    Suivi, conseils et supports des équipes de Traffic Management 
⦁    Garant des feedbacks auprès des équipes supports.
⦁    Gestion des problèmes en collaboration avec les équipes techniques.
⦁    Etablir et présenter les processus de programmation d’une campagne·
⦁    Monitoring de l’activité et coordination entre les équipes
⦁    Intégration et formation des nouveaux collaborateurs

Qualifications :
4 ans d’expérience minimum dans un poste similaire en régie, agence web ou trading desk
⦁    Bonne connaissance du marché de la publicité web.
⦁    Connaissance des solutions d’adserving (idéalement AppNexus)
⦁    Connaissance du marché programmatique
⦁    Excellent relationnel, rigoureux, organisé, réactif.
⦁    Esprit d’analyse
⦁    Esprit d’équipe
