The Talent Acquisition Partner (hybrid) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also taking a strategic, consultative approach to talent acquisition. This role works closely with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment efforts with the broader business goals, ensuring that talent acquisition strategies are proactive, effective, and aligned with organizational needs.
Beyond sourcing and screening candidates, the Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on building long-term talent pipelines, developing recruitment strategies tailored to specific teams or functions, and offering data-driven insights to improve hiring decisions.
What you’ll do
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and make strategic hiring decisions.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract high-quality candidates, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
Competency-Based Recruitment:
- Implement and execute a competency-based recruitment process that aligns with the organization’s needs and values.
- Develop and refine interview guides and assessment tools to ensure candidates are evaluated on their competencies and potential for success in the role.
- Train hiring managers and interviewers on competency-based interviewing techniques to ensure a consistent and objective hiring process.
Salary Negotiation and Market Competitiveness:
- Conduct market research to ensure our salary offers are competitive while adhering to the company’s budgetary guidelines.
- Negotiate offers with candidates to ensure that we are hiring top talent at the best possible salary.
- Advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks, internal equity, and compensation strategies to make informed hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience (in Cooperation with EE):
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and feedback post-interview.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency in all interactions with candidates, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, and recommend process improvements based on insights.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing strategies, interview processes, and candidate assessment methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, and recommend process improvements based on insights.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing strategies, interview processes, and candidate assessment methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are
- Ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives, providing consultative input to leadership on workforce needs, talent gaps, and recruitment trends.
- Ability to design and implement concepts to set up and improve recruitment efficiancy and candidate experience.
- Proficiency in sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) with a focus on building a strong pipeline for both current and future talent needs.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, offer strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Experience utilizing recruitment data and metrics to drive decisions, optimize processes, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced Recruiter for several functions e.g. Tech, Product, Sales and Executive Roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referral strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.P
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously while ensuring timely and effective recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders in German and English.
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
