The Talent Development and Organizational Development Lead (hybrid) is responsible for designing and implementing programs that drive leadership growth, employee performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role fosters a culture of continuous learning by developing targeted training initiatives, supporting succession planning efforts to build strong internal talent pipelines, and collaborating with leadership to advance organizational development strategies.
Key focus areas include delivering impactful learning and development programs, ensuring succession readiness, and driving organizational change to align with strategic goals and enhance overall effectiveness.
What you’ll do
Talent Development & Learning:
- Design and deliver leadership, performance and employee development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Implement a continuous learning culture through e-learning, workshops, mentorship programs, and external training opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create training programs accordingly.
Succession Planning:
- Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure key roles have strong internal pipelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Monitor progress and update succession plans regularly to ensure organizational readiness.
Organizational Development:
- Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and implement strategies to improve overall effectiveness.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate structure, processes, and culture, recommending improvements where necessary.
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Performance Managment and/or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in leading and implementing scalable development programs and succession planning initiatives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Organizational, improvisational and coordination skills
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a careful, structured and forward-looking proactive way of working
- Ability to react quickly and flexibly to changing requirements
- Fluent in Englisch, German preferred as well
- Experience in Reward Management is an asset
