Job Description

As an important part of our brand marketing team, we are looking for a B2B Brand Manager who owns our Corporate Identity for Dealers and drives integrated campaigns as well. If you are a brand expert with a growth mindset and experienced in being the brand ambassador in a growth driven and fast scaling business unit, we’d love to hear from you to become a part of our brand marketing team.

 The Role:

  • You will be the brand consultant for other B2B marketing colleagues as well as other x-functional teams to create a seamless and integrated experience for our dealers.

  • In Collaboration with B2B Brand Teamlead you drive brand strategy projects like B2B positioning or CI projects

  • You own the B2B CI and create holistic and cohesive brand & UX guidelines (in collaboration with UX and product) and ensure that product development is in line with the guidelines

  • You are responsible for a seamless, distinct and cohesive brand and product user experience for our dealers on all touchpoints. This includes brand fit, physical availability of our products (visibility on all devices) and seamless user experience (design, tone, and positioning of product is aligned across all touchpoints so we speak with one voice

  • You will be a brand ambassador and help to create internally x-departmental a common understanding of our brand mobile.de (what does m.de stand for and what's our goal, what’s our strategy, CI, personality and purpose)

  • You develop B2B Brand Love Campaign strategies for our Dealers and take over for integrated campaign implementation of B2B brand campaigns together with the internal B2B marketing team (Dialogue Marketing, CRM, Event, Performance Marketing), other internal interfaces such as PR and Sales and our agency partners

  • You support the B2B Productmarketing Manager in developing product communication concepts (Go To Market & Product Life Cycle) as well as in the integrated campaign implementation for B2B product launches

  • You work closely with internal departments such as Dialog Marketing, CRM, Event, Performance Marketing, PR, Legal, Customer Insights, Analytics and Sales as well as external marketing agencies

Your profile

  • You are a marketing generalist with Brand affinity & experience

  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, including proven experience in developing and implementing Brand Strategy projects like CI and positioning projects, developing marketing concepts and managing integrated campaigns

  • Ideally experience in B2B marketing

  • The words “brand cohesion”, “brand integration” and “cross functional work” sound familiar to you

  • You are familiar with agile and matrix organisations and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, you have excellent capability to react to project adjustments and alterations including flexibility in times of change

  • Strong empathic skills and very experienced in stakeholder management across the whole organisation, especially with marketing, product, tech and UX colleagues

  • You are excellent at leading cross-functional projects and partners

  • Experience in leading external service providers and agencies

  • Initiative, flexibility and a high level of passion

  • You have a strong analytical and strategic mindset

  • You have excellent communication skills and present complex issues in a simple manner

  • You are fully fluent in German and English
