You will be part of our growing technical CRM team reporting into the Head of Marketing Technology.

As a (Senior) Technical CRM Manager, you will help to shape and implement impactful, data-driven customer journeys for private customers. Your work will ensure the seamless integration of data-driven CRM solutions while continuously improving our Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.

This role is highly collaborative, working with Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics and external partners to enhance customer engagement.

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the technical development and execution of B2C CRM processes, delivering complex, automated customer workflows.
  • Design customer segmentation strategies that enhance personalization and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Work closely with internal tech & data teams to extend the connection between our platform and CRM solution.
  • Provide data-driven insights and ad hoc analyses to support marketing strategies.
  • Act as a trusted technical consultant for the Marketing team, helping them optimize CRM performance.
  • Continuously enhance CRM capabilities by driving innovation and operational excellence.

Who you are:

  • Several years of experience in a technical CRM or marketing automation role.

  • Understanding of customer retention strategies and experience with automated customer journeys.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation tools).

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDP), such as Salesforce Data Cloud.

  • Strong foundation in relational databases and SQL queries.

  • Basic knowledge of coding language AMPscript.

  • (Business) fluent in English; German will be a big plus.
