You will be part of our growing technical CRM team reporting into the Head of Marketing Technology.
As a (Senior) Technical CRM Manager, you will help to shape and implement impactful, data-driven customer journeys for private customers. Your work will ensure the seamless integration of data-driven CRM solutions while continuously improving our Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
This role is highly collaborative, working with Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics and external partners to enhance customer engagement.
This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the technical development and execution of B2C CRM processes, delivering complex, automated customer workflows.
- Design customer segmentation strategies that enhance personalization and engagement across multiple channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with internal tech & data teams to extend the connection between our platform and CRM solution.
- Provide data-driven insights and ad hoc analyses to support marketing strategies.
- Act as a trusted technical consultant for the Marketing team, helping them optimize CRM performance.
- Continuously enhance CRM capabilities by driving innovation and operational excellence.
Who you are:

Several years of experience in a technical CRM or marketing automation role.

Understanding of customer retention strategies and experience with automated customer journeys.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation tools).

Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDP), such as Salesforce Data Cloud.

Strong foundation in relational databases and SQL queries.

Basic knowledge of coding language AMPscript.

(Business) fluent in English; German will be a big plus.
