As a Senior Marketing Analyst at mobile.de, you work within the Marketing Team with a strong connection to the Analytics department.
Your mission is to be an analytical consultant for the Marketing Team by influencing the strategy. Your tasks include running deep-dive analyses and answering ad-hoc business questions. You will create new insights, or sometimes you might also troubleshoot performance issues.
To guide self-service and Data Literacy of the Marketing Team, you will lead the training processes on a range of marketing analytics and dashboarding tools and foster the data-driven culture across teams. You will report directly into Marketing Leadership.
What you'll do:

Enhance our current measurement framework (attribution, campaign testing, media mix modeling, quantitative research…).

Analyze the status quo, and create a concept on improvements and changes, lead and orchestrate the implementation of the changes and drive the adoption by communicating to the relevant stakeholders and train them on the new framework.

Further develop our Marketing & Growth Playbook. We need you to create what-if scenarios, provide a structured collection of insights and give guidance on possible scenarios.

We have many plans to become more data and insights driven! You help us in creating analyses on long-term effects, measuring brand equity.
What you'll bring:

Experience leading bigger insights projects. You feel comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, steering agencies and leading / mentoring junior staff.

A consulting mindset, are not afraid to give guidance based on insights and want to influence the Marketing Strategy.

The ability to see the bigger picture: Although in your daily work you can perform deep-dive analyses and provide ad-hoc insights, you can also zoom out and evaluate long-term effects, work on the Marketing vision and analyze the interplay between Marketing and Product KPIs.

Excitement about Marketing Analytics enablement projects and working with our Data Teams to make Marketing data better accessible.

Excellent skills in Python, SQL, Postgres, etc.
