Job Description

You will work with the Sales Manager on a number of tasks :

1/ Preparing and processing orders:

- Processing orders: data entry, reservations, order management, confirmation of online
confirmation.
- Validating the elements needed to design the labels and collecting any missing elements,
Manufacturing and transmitting the elements to the service responsible for putting the labels online,
- Completing the work of the telemarketers by reconciling entries with advertising orders.

2/ Assisting with customer sales follow-up:

- Answering incoming calls on the telephone, handling calls received on the dedicated
Pro for the following reasons: requests for information with commercial potential for processing or transfer to telesales teams, requests for information relating to the order form, handling complaints following sales.
- Follow-up with customers to complete their files.

3/ To monitor collections and actions relating to sales and marketing:
- Assisting sales staff and telemarketers in understanding account statements.
- Process credit notes.

4/ Take on the administrative responsibilities associated with the team's activities:
- Edit sales follow-up reports and documents
- Launch the weekly invoicing voucher- Manage emails to and from securities.- Maintain and update dashboards with reliable reporting.- Act as an interface with head office departments and with securities for all administrative matters.- The employee will also liaise with the Group's internal departments, in particular with the invoicing and HR departments.
