Le groupe leboncoin est leader en France sur le marché de l'immobilier en étant la plateforme avec le plus d'audience, diffusant le plus grand nombre d'annonces mais également en ayant une des plus grandes couvertures des professionnels de l'immobilier. Leboncoin leur propose des offres de diffusion d’annonces, de captation de mandats et des offres de publicité digitale.
Au sein de l'équipe Trade Marketing immobilier (5 personnes), votre rôle sera de mettre en place différents leviers de marketing opérationnel B2B à la fois de communication client et de support à la performance des équipes commerciales.
Missions
Objectifs : optimiser notre performance commerciale sur nos enjeux d’acquisition / upsell et de rétention.
Déployer et optimiser la diffusion de nos offres et messages sur les différents supports de communication destinés aux clients et prospects : plaquettes et présentations commerciales, contenu éditorial, vidéos, support client, webinar, emails, site internet, réseaux sociaux etc.
Accompagnement des équipes commerciales B2B :
formation des commerciaux lors des lancement d’offres,
construction d'argumentaires et réponses à objections,
best practices à partager,
communication interne sur les évolutions produits,
Coordination des besoins goodies ou animation de challenges commerciaux,
etc.
Coordonner les projets dans le cadre de l’accompagnement de nos clients : campagnes upsell, cross-sell, anti-churn :
Animation de webinars ou conventions grands comptes, etc.
Développement de contenus, emails ou tutoriels vidéos sur l’usage du compte pro, l’évolution du site, conseils,
Analyser le churn et la satisfaction client,
Développer des offres de rétention,
Analyse des bases clients :
Coordination sur l’acquisition et qualification de bases client
Analyses sur des segments clients : réseaux, clients churnés, etc.
Optimisation de l’utilisation d’outils type Linkedin Sales Navigator & Salesforce.
Faire de la veille sur les offres, la communication et le marketing B2B de nos concurrents et être force de proposition.
Suivre la performance de nos actions marketing (Suivi traffic site AT Internet, suivi audience sur médiamétrie, Kpis emails, génération de leads, etc.)
Qualifications :
Profil Marketing, expérience appréciable en marketing B2B.
Chef de projet avec de bonnes capacités de coordination transverse d’équipes, bonne aisance relationnelle et grande faculté d'adaptation.
Appétence pour l’analyse de la data, maîtrise de Google sheet / excel, rigueur et souci du détail.
Proactivité, autonomie, esprit critique et capacité à prendre du recul,
Appréciable mais non obligatoire : connaissance d’outils dataviz type Tableau, AT Internet (ou Google analytics), Kantar, Médiamétrie, Salesforce, etc.
Vos amis louent votre talent pour cuisiner des muffins, cupcakes et autres cookies, c’est un atout non négligeable.
