About the role
The Global P&T Project Management Office Team is looking for a Project Manager to manage company’s strategic projects across Adevinta which require involvement of multiple co-located and distributed teams across Europe.
Adevinta is on a journey to implement a common P&T organisation. We believe that the transformation requires the successful execution of several projects in which we enable our teams to deliver and therefore this role contributes to the success of our transformation.
This role will be reporting to the Head of P&T Project Management Office, and will work closely together with the other Project Managers, the development teams and stakeholders located in one of our main hubs: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin or Paris.
What you’ll do
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and aligning with different teams on various deliverables.
Coordinating the projects: following on project plan, identification and monitoring of cross-team dependencies, organization and facilitation of the different project management activities in connection with business and technical teams in Adevinta group.
Supporting P&T teams to make them autonomous in the management of cross-functional projects
Implement adequate reporting on these projects, in alignment with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, UX and Tribes Managers, so that all stakeholder and requesting teams are informed of progress and possible alerts
Be responsible for managing the risks of projects and associated actions
Manage project performance by setting up project monitoring KPIs and dashboards
Who you are:
At least 5 years of proven experience as project manager of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standard.
A deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Experience in successfully delivering projects in a Product & Technology organisation, which adopted a fully agile ways of working with empowered and autonomous teams
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Ability to define and articulate success metrics for projects and a portfolio of projects with your data analysis skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in different domains
Navigate confidently in a multicultural environment, bridging cultural boundaries with ease and sensitivity
A bias to action with a pragmatic approach to start, learn and iterate to continuously improve with building regular feedback mechanisms

Proficiency in English and French is required
