We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager (d/f/m) as part of our Brand Marketing team to drive and evolve our product marketing strategy.

You will play a crucial role in shaping how we position, launch, and communicate our (software) products, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business growth.

Working closely with product managers, business development, sales, and marketing teams, you will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and customer value.

You will be part of our Brand Marketing team reporting into the Head of B2B Brand Marketing.

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop Product Marketing Strategy – Enhance and refine our existing product marketing framework, ensuring strong collaboration with product, marketing, and business experts.

  • Champion Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy – Act as an internal advocate, promoting best practices for product marketing and GTM execution across the organization.

  • Drive Customer-Centric MarketingServe as the voice of the customer, ensuring product-market fit by aligning product positioning and messaging with customer needs.

  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies – Translate customer insights into compelling marketing campaigns, tailoring messaging and positioning to maximize impact.

  • Balance Strategic Planning and Hands-On Execution – Maintain a high-level strategic perspective while being ready to handle operational tasks when necessary.

  • Ensure Successful Product Launches & Lifecycle Management – Plan and execute market introductions for new products while optimizing the value of existing products throughout their lifecycle.

  • Shape Product Definition & Positioning – Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Business Development, and other teams to influence product strategy and ensure alignment with market demand.

  • Develop Naming Conventions & GTM Strategies – Define product naming, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle marketing plans to strengthen brand identity.

  • Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns – Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating across internal teams (Marketing, Sales, CS) and external agencies.

  • Measure and Optimize Performance – Establish key metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to refine strategy and execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Sales, PR, Legal, Customer Insights, Analytics, and external agencies to ensure marketing alignment and execution excellence.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or relevant professional experience.

  • 6+ years of experience with product marketing in the e-commerce or online marketplace industry, Go-To-Market Strategy, or related roles

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

  • Strong ability to translate complex product features into compelling customer value communication

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.

  • Excellent storytelling skills to engage our teams and external audiences.
