Job Description

Your role will be to contribute to the development of the e-commerce experience for B2C within leboncoin and the other marketplaces of the Adevinta Group.

As the Product Manager of Squad Pro Consumer Goods, you will be responsible for :

  • Developing user knowledge by working closely with the UX Designer of your team.

  • Staying updated on product-related innovations relevant to your feature team.

  • Carrying the short and medium-term vision for your product within the team and also with other Product Managers and teams outside P&T.

  • Delivering value to users by developing new features in the product.

  • Prioritizing product enhancements in coordination with other Product Managers, aligned with the product goals defined by the Product Director, and with the business goals defined with the Business Strategy team.

  • Defining each product evolution as a User Story, prioritizing them in your Product Backlog, and ensuring their progress.

  • Communicating the progress of the roadmap for upcoming sprints to management, other teams requesting changes, and users.

  • Taking responsibility for your KPIs, which measure the impact of changes on your product.

  • Being the point of entry and decision-maker for your feature team: defining and advocating for product priorities within the team.

  • In partnership with the Engineering Manager of the squad, leading a multidisciplinary Team, fostering teamwork, and ensuring everyone works together effectively to fulfill the team's mission.


 

Qualifications : 

  • You have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager 

  • You have experience in e-commerce or marketplaces environments

  • You have strong interpersonal skills

  • You are data-driven

  • You are autonomous, rigorous, and able to communicate easily with all types of stakeholders. 

  • You understand how business and product work together

  • You are a French-speaker, fluent in professional English, and, as a bonus, you have already worked in a international environment
