The Internal Communications, Employee Experience, and DEI Lead (hybrid) is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace by driving initiatives that enhance communication, employee engagement, and organizational culture. This role leads internal communication efforts, develops employer branding strategies, and oversees programs that improve employee satisfaction and engagement across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Additionally, the role designs and implements DEI strategies, tracks progress through metrics, and ensures alignment with the company’s values and strategic direction.
What you’ll do
Internal Communications
- Lead and manage internal communication efforts to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective messaging across the organization.
Employee Experience
- Enhance the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding programs, to foster satisfaction and retention.
Employer Branding
- Develop and promote strategies that position the company as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
DEI Strategy and Implementation
- Design, implement, and track diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace and ensure progress toward DEI goals.
Culture and Values
- Cultivate a strong, positive company culture together with our Culture Club aligned with the organization’s core values and strategic objectives.
Employee Engagement
- Lead programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in internal communication and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining a modern and holistic communication concept
- Very good understanding of the Employee Life Cycle and at least first experiences in improving the Employee Experience,
- Demonstrated experience in DEI initiatives.
- Proven track record of improving internal communicationP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
