As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive culture. Your key focus will be on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while driving employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead transformation initiatives and ensure the organisation’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end Human Resources (HR) strategies that support business priorities, focusing on talent identification, development, and retention.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with management, acting as a strategic advisor to align HR practices with business goals and market challenges.

  • Play a key role in designing & implementing transformation, performance management, employee engagement and retention strategies.

  • Analyse HR trends and workforce data to recommend continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiencies, and optimization of HR processes.

  • Drive alignment and optimization of HR operating models and digital HR solutions for employees and managers.

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Audit, HR Risk & Controls, and Regulatory Change teams to maintain a robust risk management framework.

  • Provide guidance on complex Employee Relations (ER) issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and litigation matters when required.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in fast-paced industries such as technology.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proven expertise in HR transformation, talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and fostering positive employee engagement.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing HR projects and initiatives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

  • Experience in coaching and advising senior leaders and managers on strategic HR matters.
