As the Head of Talent and Organizational Development, you’ll lead our people strategy, shaping the talent lifecycle, strengthening our culture, and enhancing our employer brand. Reporting to the CHRO, you’ll design initiatives that attract top talent, empower leadership development, and foster an exceptional employee experience. Together with your team you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our people processes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Build a high-performing, inclusive workforce. Lead recruitment strategies and position us as an employer of choice with a compelling EVP.

  • Learning & Development: Design impactful learning programs, focusing on career growth, leadership development, and skill-building at all levels.

  • Employee Experience: Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and alignment with our values. Ensure onboarding and the employee journey reflect our culture.

  • Organizational Development & Change Management: Equip leaders with tools to drive agility, clarity, and collaboration. Guide change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to measure the impact of programs, inform decisions, and continuously improve our people strategy.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a collaborative, growth-oriented team aligned with our values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in HR, talent management, or organizational development with proven leadership.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, organizational design, learning,employer branding, driving transformation and applying change management strategies.

  • Leadership: Skilled at coaching teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.

  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills & exceptional organizational and project management skills

  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient in using data to guide strategic decisions.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or certifications like SHRM-SCP preferred).
