This newly created Head of Dealer Sales Excellence (d/f/m) role is your opportunity to shape the future of our sales organisation. You will directly report into our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) while you will manage a team of around 10 people, guide projects to improve the sales process strategically and operationally across businesses and all customer-facing sales functions, and work with business development/commercial units, marketing, and FP&A. This position is based in Berlin.
What you'll do:

You will develop and grow the team to build a world class organisation

You will steer the long-term vision for sales analytics and data enablement, ensuring a sustainable organisational data landscape and tool setup that will allow insights for the entire sales team

You will help develop and implement consultative "insights-based" selling approach, enabled by relevant analytics and data

You will improve sales operations performance by sales controlling, process standardisation and harmonisation across sales

You will develop in close collaboration with the Sales Directors and HR the sales incentive programs that will create the high-performance behaviour

You will report to senior leadership, executive team and investors, in collaboration with business unit owners and FP&A
Who you are:

You achieved a degree in business, science or engineering
-
You gained 5+ years leadership experience in similar sales positions with focus on Sales Excellence and Sales Controlling

You can guide and enable national diverse sales teams through complex change management processes
-
Also, you can collaborate across a complex matrix organisation across multiple departments (like Business Development, P&T, Marketing) and x-functional structures

You can include data to your decision-making and you are also experienced with tools like Salesforce
-
You can bring in relevant market knowledge within Automotive industry or marketplaces / classifieds

You own business fluent English language skills, verbal and written
