Role Overview: As Head of CRM, you'll shape and execute our CRM strategy, combining visionary leadership with hands-on expertise to drive results across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with teams across Data, Martech, and Product, ensuring alignment and impact. Leading a skilled team, you will optimize our Adobe Campaign Manager platform, overseeing both paid and owned multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM Strategy & Execution: Build and implement a CRM strategy that maximizes our tech stack and prepares for future growth.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of CRM experts, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Data, Martech, and Product teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals.

  • Hands-on Leadership: Strategically manage CRM tools while ensuring smooth, high-impact campaign execution.

  • Performance Optimization: Use data to refine campaigns, focusing on engagement, retention, and growth.

  • User-Centric Focus: Deliver personalized, meaningful experiences based on a deep understanding of user needs.

  • Stakeholder & Budget Management: Align stakeholder expectations and manage CRM budgets and external partners.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of CRM strategy and execution experience, with expertise in multi-channel campaigns (paid and owned).

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.

  • Expertise with Adobe Campaign Manager, Looker, or similar tools, and skilled in optimizing complex campaigns.

  • Experience leading through technology transitions while maintaining continuity.

  • Strong in both strategic vision and hands-on execution, delivering fast and impactful results.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Data-driven, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.

  • You are a current resident of the Netherlands and you are legally able to work here.
