What you will do and who you are
We are currently looking for a Front Web Lead developer (React) to join the Mobility Software Tribe at L'argus, a subsidiary of the leboncoin group.
You will be working in the Vehicle Features team, based in Nantes.
With our software, we aim to offer the best way to describe vehicles. We are committed to providing effective information about vehicles throughout their remarketing journey.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, comprising Backend Engineer, Frontend, QAA and Devops, reporting to an Engineering Manager and working directly with the Product Owner, you will take part in the feature development process using the Scrum/Agile method.
What you will do
As a Frontend Lead Developer, you'll be working on a variety of projects, ranging from long-term projects such as building tools around Kafka and continuing the conversion of the PlanetVO2 frontend (Angular) to React, to occasional reinforcement of the teams on hot topics. You'll have the opportunity to use your voice in backend decision-making. Your development work will make a valuable difference.
You will be responsible for
Produce software solutions aligned with product requirements and integrated into the L'argus technical stack.
Ensuring the delivery of functionalities in accordance with the roadmap schedule.
Contribute to improving development, testing and deployment methods (code review, CI/CD ....)
Make suggestions to challenge and improve the product.
Maintain and improve technical documentation
To encourage continuous improvement in the team's work processes and workstreams.
In addition to your duties, as a member of the LeBonCoin Frontend Guild you will be able to follow technological developments and take initiatives to improve the stack, and more generally join a company where you can put forward your ideas and put them into practice.
Who are you?
We're looking for a creative person who can help us raise the bar, challenge our current set-up and improve our solution.
You are a React Lead Developer with at least 3 to 5 years' professional experience in software development who enjoys developing good quality software.
You have confidence in the micro front-end architecture and REST APIs.
You have good oral and written communication skills in English.
You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
And of course, you're used to Scrum/Agile methodologies and have a natural aptitude for working in a team (peer-programming, mob programming) in a great atmosphere!
