About the team
The Content and Safety team fine-tunes and enforces Subito editorial rules: we oversee the content generated by Subito users with a strong focus on preventing non-genuine use of the platform. Additionally, we work on helping users make safe deals.
What you’ll do
We are looking for someone to replace one of our team members during her maternity leave. The person will:
monitor the quality of manual and automated reviewing activities by analysing samples
analyse private and professional users’ feedback regarding content and safety issues
based on both activities, make recommendations for improving processes
support reviewing teams and other departments in case of doubts about rules or specific user cases
update public and internal documentation when appropriate
maintain KPI reports
Who you are
We need someone with:
analytical mindset and outstanding attention to detail
proficiency in the use of Excel/Google sheets
natural tendency to collaboration
strong written and verbal communication skills
flexibility and readiness to embrace change
knowledge of Italian as a native is a must
fluency in English is a plus
